Using Construction Phases kept the School safely in operation throughout the Construction process, as well as, saving the School System over $350,000. This savings was used to replace the Heating/Cooling System and to install a new Gym floor at the High School. This Project was presented to the Union City Board of Education... This Project consisted of Demolition, Renovations and multiple Additions which were all safely completed while school was in session. Although some of the renovated areas are 30+ years old, the entire school looks brand new! Once again, this Project was presented to the Trenton School Board... This New School Project was completed 11 months after HCS completed an extensive Value Engineering Process that cut almost $1 Million from the original Design.
