Fayette County East Jr. High School Project, located in Somerville, Tennessee,
was one, out of a two (2) school project that was completed in early 2003.
This school was approximately 81,000 s.f.
The Budget for this project was $7,750,000 (Total capitol cost including all fees & furnishings).

Completed on time and under Budget!

A savings in excess of $500,000 was used for code upgrades at other schools
in Fayette County, (Southwest & Central Schools).

FAYETTE COUNTY WEST JR. HIGH SCHOOL

Fayette County West Jr. High School Project, located in Somerville, Tennessee,
was the second of a two (2) school project that was completed in early 2003.
This school was approximately 80,000 s.f.
The Budget for this project was approximately $7,750,000 (Total capitol cost including all fees & furnishings).

Also completed On Time and Under Budget!

A savings in excess of $500,000 was used for code upgrades at other schools
in Fayette County, (Southwest & Central Schools).

Union City Elementary School

Union City Elementary School Project was completed in 2003.
This was a 103,000 s.f. facility with a Budget of $8,000,000
(Total capital cost including all fees & furnishings).
Using Construction Phases kept the School safely in operation throughout
the Construction process, as well as, saving the School System over $350,000.
This savings was used to replace the Heating/Cooling System
and to install a new Gym floor at the High School.

This Project was presented to the Union City Board of Education…
On Time and Under Budget!

Trenton Elementary School

Trenton Elementary School Project was completed in 2000.
This was a 83,000 s.f. facility with a Budget of $3,900,000
(Total capital cost including all fees & furnishings).
This Project consisted of Demolition, Renovations and multiple Additions
which were all safely completed while school was in session.
Although some of the renovated areas are 30+ years old, the entire school looks brand new!

Once again, this Project was presented to the Trenton School Board…
On Time and Under Budget!

 

Trenton Rosenwald Middle School

Trenton Rosenwald Middle School Project was completed in 2000.
This was a 67,000 s.f. facility with a Budget of $5,350,000
(Total capital cost including all fees & furnishings).
This New School Project was completed 11 months after HCS completed
an extensive Value Engineering Process that cut almost $1 Million from the original Design.

This Project was also presented to the Trenton School Board…
On Time and Under Budget!
