Union City Elementary School Project was completed in 2003.

This was a 103,000 s.f. facility with a Budget of $8,000,000
(Total capital cost including all fees & furnishings).

Using Construction Phases kept the School safely in operation throughout the Construction process, as well as, saving the School System over $350,000.

This savings was used to replace the Heating/Cooling System and to install a new Gym floor at the High School.

This Project was presented to the Union City Board of Education…
